This company is also in partnership in joint ventures with other international entities looking to build massive data center facilities supporting AI. Slow growth, strong financials.
What we have done: we are buying 20 shares on 2 DEC 2025 and will report weekly on trends.

Why We Watch It: The company is focusing their investments on high-growth metro areas of Atlanta, Austin, Dallas/Ft. Worth and Denver. These massive population areas will continue to grow especially in Texas. A great opportunity here is Houston Metro as well.
What we have done: We will continue to monitor, we are minimally invested in this stock but largely on the sideline on this one
